• A specific trim or details such as zippers and thread color do not match your order form.
• The color and wash of denim does not match your order form.
A few things to note (Just to show how simple this process is):
• We encourage you to wash your jeans if you feel they do not fit correctly after initial use. Jeans will tend to fit best after a wash and this will give you a realistic fit for your body. If you still feel they do not fit correctly, simply return them for audit.
• If after auditing the returned mejeans we find that there was an error on our part manufacturing the product, we will be happy to re-make and send to you a new pair of mejeans at no additional cost or refund you the charges on the original product (minus S&H).
• If after auditing the returned mejeans we find that there was no error on our part manufacturing per the order received, we will return the mejeans to you at your cost of shipping and will extend a 20% discount for a future new pair of mejeans for you.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• We cannot refund any special promotions, discounts, or shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
• All refunds/returned mejeans will be completed per the address/information in your profile.
How to send your Jeans Back
Our goal is to give you jeans that perfectly fit your body. Our online quick return system makes it very easy.
Step 1: Log on to mejeans.com and contact us HERE for a Return Authorization Number. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. mejeans will not process any orders that are received without a return authorization number located on or close to the shipping label. We also require the printable returns form below to be filled out completely and sent along with your return.

Step 2: Write your return authorization number on the return form and include this slip in the box along with the mejeans. Simply address the package as follows:

Step 3: Ship the product backs to us via USPS. We can only credit you for the items received back in our warehouse and that have been determined via audit to be incorrect. If we are at fault and you wish to have your refund, we will send you an email when your order is processed and you’ll see a credit to your card within one billing cycle.
